The word meditation stems from the Latin term meditatum which means “to ponder.” Most approaches agree that by practicing meditation, we become more aware of how our minds work and how thoughts are connected to feelings, behavior and our actions of day to day life…so meditation can change our life very positively.
And this is what I experienced when learnt and starting practicing as per the guidence of Aviiral Sir.
I feel more clam and clear in my thoughts or even i have noticed, i m more focused as well. Its not about only thoughts its a complete growth inside out. Blessed
